![]() I also could not find any clues towards the safe combo in the in the fishery cave, so I ended up just brute forcing it lmao. There's an underground room in the warehouse next to the fishery, with the car in it, that seemed like it should have been accessible too, but I couldn't find a way in. I assume whoever is up there is already dead. ![]() I tried to search everything top to bottom in the first area (I even killed every enemy to make it easier), but I can't for the life of me find the key to the fishery tower or the key to what I think is a basement in the fishery? I tried throwing things through the tower window, hoping they would bring down the prisoner who locked himself in there, and the items did break the window and I could hear them land in there, but there was no reaction. Really enjoyed what I played so far, I'm up to the elevator in the mines. It will be a disorienting game to jump back into in like 6 months when I expect new level content drops, but it is what it is. I was going back and forth on whether to wait on 1.0 for this one, but I enjoyed the demo so much when it first released a couple years ago that I've already been agonizing over the wait for so long. We always involve our community in the creation of our games and we invite players to voice feedback on the Steam forums as well as in our Discord server at Discord.gg/NewBlood so that we can incorporate their feedback into our development process. How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process? The game will start at an introductory price of $19.99 USD during Early Access and work its way up to $29.99 USD for a v1.0 release. Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access? ![]() All these areas, as well as the visuals, mechanics, items, weapons and enemies, are in a state polished enough for a final release. The current state of Gloomwood is a very polished introduction to the game that contains the fishery, cliffside caves, cliffs, tavern and lighthouse parts of the game world. What is the current state of the Early Access version? The full version of Gloomwood will contain every district of the game world as well as every weapon, item, enemy and feature that is not yet in the Early Access version. How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version? There is no estimated time for how long that will take but given the amount of game left to be built and our Early Access track record with games like DUSK, AMID EVIL and ULTRAKILL it will be a year or two at least. Gloomwood will remain in Early Access until it is considered both content complete and polished in a state we consider v1.0. Since our initial demo in 2020 we have incorporated player feedback into the development of Gloomwood and aim to continue doing that throughout the rest of the game's development.Īpproximately how long will this game be in Early Access? At New Blood we pride ourselves on building our games WITH our community of players and Gloomwood is no different.
