Starring Nicolas Cage and Laura Dern as star-crossed lovers Sailor and Lula, the film-based on Barry Gifford’s novel-was yet another high point for Lynch in what turned out to be a very good year for the cult director. Alfred's documentation gives "maps" as an example: you can choose Apple or Google Maps after typing your search terms. There are subtle differences: Alfred interprets the input "gif " at once, while LaunchBar changes from search to text entry mode after hitting space. In the end, the setup in LaunchBar, Alfred, or any other launcher app is about the same complexity it's a matter of choosing the one that works the best for you. ![]() Clicking on the name brings up a contextual menu where I can assign the logical abbreviation. I typed 'giphy' to find my new template and then did the one thing I never think to do in LaunchBar: reach for the mouse. This is done from the main LaunchBar interface, not the index setup window. The other option is to assign a custom abbreviation. I could put 'gif' in the title - something like "Giphy gif search" - but that's inelegant. Since LaunchBar finds items by letters in their names, typing G-I-F won't find it! There are two possible solutions. But I named my LaunchBar search template 'Giphy'. Stephen set it to 'gif', sensibly enough. One benefit of the slightly more complex Alfred workflow is that it specifies a keyword. The browser handled percent-encoding the spaces and Giphy automagically converted them to hyphens! It also redirected the base of the URL from /tags/ to /search, adding a little time to the page load - I adjusted my template accordingly. I thought this might make it impossible to create a corresponding LaunchBar template - what if Giphy really chokes on spaces in URLs? I headed over to Chrome and manually typed in a test URL. The script also does some preprocessing, taking out spaces in the search terms and replacing them with hyphens. Cribbing from Stephen's script, the search terms come after /tags/. All that's necessary is to run a search on the site in question and replace the part of the URL corresponding to your search terms with an asterisk. If I need to automate a repeated searching task, I set up a custom search template in LaunchBar. It's just two lines, but as a longtime LaunchBar user it seemed…complicated. The workflow itself is a shell script which takes input, does some text replacement, and opens a URL. Grandview only does one wedding per weekend and it makes the whole weekend feel that much more special and personal. This was way less stressful than trying to race into the reception space Friday night/Saturday morning to have it all done. I was able to drop off my decor on Thursday and decorate the entire hall by Friday afternoon. We had the entire venue to ourselves the whole weekend. Aside from all of these bonuses- one of the main perks of booking our wedding at Grandview was that it was private. Most venues will charge you for each and every small extra so this meant a lot. Amongst other things, they did not charge us for small things such as chair backings, having a backup rain ceremony space or ordering coloured napkins, setting up a large stage and head table, having a his and hers speciality drink with specific alcoholic ingredients, etc. Any bride will tell you that this means so much when you are trying to plan your wedding! The venue was also very accommodating when it came to wedding options. If I ever had any questions about anything she would respond to me within hours. Their on-site wedding co-ordinator Krystal was very supportive and helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process and on the weekend of my wedding. Aside from the beauty of the location of the venue itself, the staff is so friendly and helpful. Our ceremony was in their 'muskoka room', cocktail hour on the back patio and reception in the ballroom. We had both our ceremony and reception at Grandview. You truly feel transported into the heart of Muskoka. Their back and front patios boast beautiful views of the Canadian shield and greenery. First of all, the venue is beautiful and well-kept. ![]() My husband and I got married here on August 6th 2016. ![]() Indeed, Atlanta rushed a league-high 559 times, and that run-first system might be enough to get the most out of Garoppolo instead of asking him to be a drop-back passer 30-plus times per game. “A bridge starter with QB1 upside, Garoppolo would get shades of the Niners’ offense with the Falcons, thanks to Arthur Smith’s lean on the run and play-action,” the report read. It’s possible the Niners’ former defensive coordinator, now-Houston Texans head coach DeMeco Ryans, wants to bring Garoppolo with him to help rebuild that offense, and Garoppolo does have a rapport with Texans general manager Nick Caserio. Garoppolo might not be a highly sought-after quarterback on the open market, but he’ll have suitors. What does that mean for Jimmy G, though? Where will he end up playing this season? Falcons emerge as a ‘good fit’ for 49ers QB Jimmy Garoppolo Instead, the 49ers are likely to head into the new year with two younger quarterbacks battling it out to be the starter, Trey Lance and Brock Purdy. Speaking to reporters not long after San Francisco was eliminated in the playoffs during the NFC Championship game, Shanahan said he didn’t “see any scenario” in which Garoppolo would return to the team in 2023. Now poised to be a free agent, the 31-year-old Garoppolo isn’t likely to return to the Bay Area, at least according to Shanahan. Head coach Kyle Shanahan’s offense has that as a staple, and the play action that derives from a run-first system helped turn Garoppolo into an effective quarterback (when healthy) dating back to him joining the Niners in 2017. If there’s one thing the critics and proponents of San Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo can agree upon, it’s the reality that he plays much better when his offense has a stout run game behind him. Jimmy Garoppolo is all but guaranteed to leave the 49ers in NFL free agency this offseason, and the Falcons could emerge as a front-runner to sign him.
